1. This Website is owned and operated by AGN INTERNATIONAL The following terms and conditions govern your use of this site and all other Manon Agn sites and products, some of which (but not all) are listed herein.

For the purpose of this agreement and for ease of use, any reference to “we", "us" or the "Company" shall be a reference to Manon Agn and any reference to “the Website” shall be a reference to any and all websites owned by the Company, their respective products, and their employees and agents.

 

2. By accessing this Website and any of the Company’s properties, you are acknowledging and accepting the conditions of this Privacy Policy for all of the Company’s properties.

11. Please be advised that for any forums, Live Facebook Videos, Webinars you attend, recordings can be enabled by a meeting or webinar host. By signing up for any of Manon Dagneaux’s, or any other host authorised by Manon Dagneaux, webinar services or live calls or otherwise using them in any way, including without limitation by attending any Manon Dagneaux meeting or webinar, you expressly acknowledge that we may make and store Recordings for meetings or webinars, and may make such recordings available to hosts and other Attendees at the direction of Athina Bailey. If you do not want to be recorded, you can choose to leave the meeting or webinar.

 

12. To whom will Manon disclose my personal information?

 We may disclose your personal information to:

1. our employees, contractors or service providers for the purposes of operating our website or our business, fulfilling requests by you, and to otherwise provide services to you including, without limitation, web hosting providers, IT systems administrators, mailing houses, couriers, payment processors, data entry service providers, electronic network administrators, debt collectors, and professional advisors such as accountants, solicitors, business advisors and consultants;

2. suppliers and other third parties with whom we have commercial relationships, for business, marketing, and related purposes; and

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

22. How long do you retain my personal data for?

 We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

 By Law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for five years for Australian tax Law purposes.

 

 In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data; see your legal rights below for further information.

 In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information we hold.  For example, we may need to refuse access if granting access would interfere with the privacy of others or if it would result in a breach of confidentiality.  If that happens, we will give you written reasons for any refusal.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
